He led the EMC lab team to complete export certifications for about 50 vehicle models, with over 4,000 tests and zero complaints, giving BYD a voice in automotive EMC standards.
Lyu Haijun: Following the four trends of automotive parts (electrification, intelligence, connectivity, integration), he advanced from BBS, RBS, ABS, TCS, VDC, EPB to integrated brake control systems.

Fang Lei: Over 10 years, he compiled and organized numerous technical documents, passing on experience to pave the way for new employees.
As a leader in perceived quality, he established the perceived quality process and created the Vehicle Perceived Quality Evaluation Form covering 523 items of user perception.
He evolved from Wince to Android multimedia and pioneered the conversion of BYD's multimedia UI scripts into HMI language, laying the foundation for Dilink's launch.

Sun Xianmeng: Engaged in suspension system design for 10 years, he has in-depth research and leads solutions to major suspension issues.
He is well-versed in industry technology frontiers, participated in setting suspension technical conditions and writing system documents, and authored multiple patents and academic papers.
As the chassis platform leader, he keeps up with industry trends and promotes chassis platform development.
Qiu Shoufa: He established design validation and test validation capabilities for five systems in body accessories, making outstanding contributions in design development and performance verification.
